If you can’t find the adventure gear you’re looking for on our shelves, we will special order it for you at 15% off the list price. This program is great for big-ticket, brand-name items like high-end packs and tents, car racks, climbing gear, kayaks, and more. It’s one small way we can help the customers we love, and you can keep your money in our community.
4 Simple Steps to Savings
Look for the product you want on our shelves. If you can’t find it, search for it in our supplier’s online catalog.
STEP 1:
When you find what you want, fill out a special order form (ask an employee for one or download it here).
STEP 2:
Pay for your order in the store at 15% off of the price listed in the online catalog (MSRP).
STEP 3:
Pick up your new treasures in the store when they arrive 8-15 days later.
STEP 4:
The Fine Print
This offer is only available if the product is not stocked in the store at the time of the order. The minimum order for this program is $40. Payment and pick up in the store is required.
We wish we could but, unfortunately we can’t offer 15% off on all products (sometimes that would mean you’d pay less than we’d have to pay ourselves). If this happens, we will try to offer you 10% off. Electronics and optics often fall into this category. Some products may be out of stock (you can usually see this online). Other limitations may apply.
If there are any problems with or changes to your order, we will inform you as soon as we know. If an issue does arise, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
